Often women wonder if it is possible to practice yoga during menstruation. Today it is generally accepted that menstruation has practically no effect on a woman’s daily life, but since asanas have a profound effect on the physiology and functioning of internal organs, yoga during “critical days” should be practiced under a number of conditions in order to maintain a harmonious state of a woman.
The course presents a special set of asanas for classes during “critical days”. An experienced instructor shows in practice the performance of asanas, explains how to perform them correctly, corrects typical mistakes, and also considers important aspects of yoga practice that should be given special attention to eliminate discomfort, relieve tension, spasm and stress.
